Smokehead’s Tequila Cask Terminado
USP: Ian Macleod Distillers has released an expression of its Islay single malt whisky, Smokehead, that has been finished in tequila casks. Terminado joins Rum Cask Rebel, Sherry Cask Blast and Twisted Stout.
The Macallan 77 Years Old
USP: The Macallan 77 Years Old, which dates back to 1945, joins The Red Collection as a guest whisky. The collection features The Macallan 40 Years Old, The Macallan 50 Years Old and The Macallan 60 Years Old.
Fable x Selfridges collaborative whiskies
Chapter 1 Clanyard Caol Ila 8-year-old
The Captain’s Daughter
USP: Fable, the independent single cask Scotch whisky company, has joined forces Selfridges to unveil an 8 year old Caol Ila single malt whisky, which is limited to 218 bottles. The pair have also released a Boilermaker giftpack featuring Fable’s latest blended malt, The Captain’s Daughter, alongside an amber ale made by Glasgow’s Drygate Brewery.
Filey Bay Port Finish Batch #1 and Filey Bay Sherry Cask Reserve #3

USP: Filey Bay Port Finish Batch #1 spent its first maturation in ex-Bourbon casks which were filled in mid-2017, before being re-racked into fresh ex-ruby port casks in late 2020 for a secondary maturation of two years. The release is limited to 3,300 bottles. Filey Bay Sherry Cask Reserve #3 is the third of the distillery's annual autumn Sherry Cask Reserve series and is a marriage of five ex-fino casks from the warehouse. Three casks were filled with the distillery's heavier pot distillate, and two held the lighter, fruitier column distillate. It is limited to 2,000 bottles.
English Grain Vodka and Firecracker Gin

USP: The first two products from new Lancaster-based distillery, The Lancaster Spirits Company, are now on sale. The spirits are made using the distillery’s own base spirit, which is made from a specially made beer at Lancaster Brewery.
Glen Moray’s Warehouse #1 Christmas releases
From 55.4% abv
USP: Speyside’s Glen Moray has added three expressions to its Warehouse #1 collection. Amarone Finish, distilled in 2010, is finished in casks that once held Italy’s Amarone red wine. The 55.4% abv whisky carries an RRP of £79.95. The Amontillado Finish is finished in casks that once held dark sherry from the Montilla region of Spain. The 57.5% abv whisky carried an RRP of £74.95. Oloroso Fully Matured has been aged in oloroso casks. The 60% abv whisky carries an RRP of £76.95.

USP: Wildjac has added a limited edition Plum Pudding Rum Liqueur (25% abv/£26.95) and a Spiced Apple Rum (37.5% abv/£29.95) to its line-up. The Spiced Apple Rum is made with English apples "complimented by warming spices, ginger, cinnamon, cardamom, pepper and a twist of citrus on the finish", while the Plum Pudding Rum Liqueur sees Shropshire plums steeped in rum, then blended with nutmeg, allspice and cinnamon with a twist of citrus.
The Luxumus Original Liqueur
USP: Mentzendorff & Co has launched The Luxumus Original Liqueur in the UK. The liqueur is infused with different botanicals and produced in the sherry region in southern Spain. The five-times distilled alcohol base is blended with “refined sugar, cocoa, curacao, vanilla, citrus and other ingredients”.
Puerto de Indias Blackberry Gin
USP: Following a launch at London Cocktail Week in October, Spanish gin brand Puerto de Indias has introduced its blackberry flavour to the UK. With the aim of providing an “autumnal offering” to gin drinkers, the brand aims to keep building on the flavoured gin category.
King’s Hill Rhubarb and Raspberry Gin
USP: King’s Hill’s classic gin is infused with raspberry and rhubarb for four weeks to create a “rich” yet “fruity” finish. Duncan Morrison, distillery manager for King’s Hill, said the brand is looking to offer “bolder flavours” to gin drinkers.
Ad Gefrin Tácnbora
USP: Featuring a blend of Scottish and Irish whiskies, Tácnbora was distilled in Ad Gefrin - an Anglo-Saxon museum and distillery located in Wooler, Northumberland, which is due to open in February 2023. According to the producers, Ad Gefrin is the county’s first legal distillery in 200 years.
Salcombe Distilling Co’s Island Street rum
USP: The spiced gold rum is the first permanent rum release from Salcombe Distilling Co. Its flavours are said to be inspired by 19th century Salcombe fruit importers who brought goods such as pineapples and spices into the country.
Dead Man's Fingers Coffee Tequila Liqueur
USP: As Dead Man's Fingers looks to expand into new catergories such as tequila, Rachel Adams, marketing director, is "confident" that its Coffee Tequila Liqueur will be "popular with spirits drinkers" as coffee-flavoured beverages boom. The launch coincides with the brand's new 'Give the Tradition the Finger' social and digital campaign.
Fortnum & Mason Grande Champagne Cognac Hors d’Age
USP: Made in partnership with Frapin’s family cellars in France’s Champagne region, the cognac was distilled and aged on the Frapin estate. Aged for an average of at least 30 years, Oscar Dodd, wine & spirits buyer at Fortnum & Mason said: “Cognacs of this age and quality are extremely rare by their nature.”
The Portuguese Collection by Tomatin
USP: Tomatin’s latest collection includes three expressions inspired by Portuguese wines: The Port Edition, The Moscatel Edition, and The Madeira Edition. Each of the whiskies were distilled in September 2006 before being aged in oak casks for 8 years. In April 2015, the whisky was then moved into Tawny Port, Moscatel de Setúbal and Madeira wine casks for a further 7 years.
Haig Club Limited Edition Christmas bottle
USP: Containing Haig Club’s single grain whisky, the Christmas bottle was designed in collaboration with David Beckham. Beckham also features in Haig Club’s Christmas campaign.
Økar Island Bitters and Mocha

USP: Økar liqueurs are available in the UK for the first time via Ten Locks. Mocha is a coffee liqueur while Island Bitters is said to be an “Australian twist on traditional Italian Amari” which can be used to make Negronis.
Yealands Reserve Sauvignon Blanc 2022
USP: As part of Yealands' biodiversity programme, its bottle weight has been reduced its and labels have been refreshed to depict the "flora and fauna of the vineyard." The scheme has committed $NZ4 million to developing biodiversity at the company’s coastal Awatere Valley home in south Marlborough.
Artesano de Argento Organic Fairtrade White Malbec 2022
USP: Made by Argentinian wine producer Artesano de Argento, the wine will make its UK debut in Majestic stores. Made solely from red Malbec grapes which are vinified to create a white wine, its producers claim it to be the only organic and Fairtrade white Malbec to be produced in Argentina.
BEER & CIDER
Beavertown Frozen Neck
USP: Beavertown has launched its first edible glitter-infused beer this month as the brewer looks to target the Christmas market. Taking its name from Beavertown's Neck Oil IPA, the seasonal beer is described as "fresh and zesty" with notes of grapefruit and mango.
Pinter x Yeastie Boys Big Mouth Remixed
USP: Pinter's collaboration with Yeastie Boys' brewery is a remake of their flagship beer, Bigmouth. The golden ale can brewed for longer at home to create a "more rounded and clear taste".
Guinness Cold Brew Coffee Beer

USP: Targeting "coffee-loving Guinness drinkers", the coffee and beer blend has notes of chocolate, caramel and coffee. Coffee blogger and barista Celeste Wong said: “Guinness Cold Brew Coffee Beer is creating a totally unique offering, opening up a new world of flavour and taking more drink variety into more occasions.”
Powderkeg 6ixes & 7evens

USP: The name 6ixes & 7evens refers to the blend 6 malts and 7 hops that make up the beer. The beer was last released for a limited time in 2018, with the latest edition seeing alterations to the recipe to "improve flavour and balance". The producers said the beer has a "certain Britishness in the depth and complexity of the malt, but then it has a very obviously west coast character".
DukesHill Whisky Cask Cider

USP: Matured for six months in single malt scotch whisky casks, the cider has notes of vanilla, oak and honey. The cider is also available in two Christmas gift packs.
Good Chemistry Brewing x She Brews Beer All Welcome

USP: Brewed to celebrate one year of the She Drinks Beer initiative, Good Chemistry Brewing invited around 40 women working in Bristol’s beer industry to take part in the production of All Welcome - a new limited-edition pale ale with a combination of US and NZ hops. It has flavours of “lime, grapefruit and tropical fruit”.
Budweiser World Cup edition
USP: To celebrate its sponsorship of the FIFA World Cup, Budweiser is launching limited-edition packs of its bottles and cans. The packaging will feature imagery of the World Cup trophy and a scan-to-win QR code which will provide consumers with the opportunity to win FIFA World Cup tickets.

Dead Man's Fingers Margarita
USP: The new RTD is made using Dead Man’s Fingers Tequila Reposado and packaged in a can for a "convienient" on-the-go cocktail.
VK Candy Cane

USP: Following its limited-edition launch in 2019, VK has reintroduced its Candy Cane flavour ahead of the festive season. It has notes of strawberry and peppermint, and is available in a mixed multipack featuring 9 other VK flavours as well as 70cl bottles.

USP: Adding to its range of hard seltzers, Lot 42 has launched three canned cocktails including a negroni-inspired RTD called Wild Logroni, and a ginger and lime infused take on a Dark and Stormy cocktail: Light & Stormy. The range also features a 0% Blackberry & Mint Nojito.
Tapp’d Cocktails Purple Rain

USP: Purple Rain is the latest RTD from Essex-based bottled cocktail company Tapp’d. Available from the Tapp’d website, the “gently carbonated” cocktail blends black cherries and lemon with vodka.

Asahi Super Dry 0.0%
USP: Asahi Super Dry 0.0% has been launched in the UK as Asahi Europe & International looks to make 20% of their portfolio alcohol-free by 2030. The beer uses the original Super Dry as a base before it is dealcoholised. A digital campaign will support the launch.
